Returns

Unfortunately ALL our products are unable to be refunded whether opened or unopened for hygiene reasons.

We are ONLY able to offer refunds on items that arrive damaged but this must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty please email info@mysa-skincare.com with your order number and damage details.

Missing Orders

Please contact us straight away if your order does not arrive when it should. You should quote your order number and we will find out what happened to it and get it to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately we cannot replace orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the person placing the order.
